Before you write

A few details
go a long way.

Please include the email address used for your Narwhal3D account, your order or quote number when available, and photos if a delivered item was damaged or does not match the approved specification.

For custom work, tell us whether production has started and what needs to change. For safety and file-privacy concerns, do not include passwords or payment-card details in an email.
