Narwhal3D is a custom fabrication shop focused on useful, well-considered 3D printed parts. We combine capable printers, engineering materials, and careful review to help customers move from an idea or broken part to something they can hold and use.
Every part has
Instead of treating every model as a one-click print, we look at what the part needs to do: fit, flex, carry load, survive heat or weather, look polished, or simply arrive quickly.
That context guides material selection, orientation, supports, finish, and production planning. For repeat work, we preserve the approved specifications so future batches stay consistent.
We welcome one-off projects, prototypes, replacement parts, creative props, workshop tools, and small production runs.
Clear guidance
Practical recommendations in plain language, including when a different process would serve you better.
Responsible production
Files are reviewed before printing, and finished parts are checked before pickup or shipping.
